Today's #OolaYLChallenge is to meditate or pray about something as often as you think about it.
Pray and ponder your worries, your stresses, your fears, your questions, your blessings, and your loved ones. Start by simply beginning and ending your day with a prayer or brief meditation session. If you really want to challenge yourself, use the topics of your thoughts as a cue that you should productively ponder those things throughout the day.
