Set aside the requests, demands, stresses, and deadlines and take the time to focus on yourself. Do something that allows you to be yourself, express yourself, and have faith in yourself. Whether it's yoga, a book in the park, a drive in the mountains, a coffee on your porch, praying, or getting a massage, take the time refresh your soul. Then use that refreshed feeling to regain your focus. To intensify this, rub a couple drops of Peppermint onto your neck as you think positive thoughts.
