|An update for your holiday orders|
Because of the high volume of orders this holiday season, we will be shipping all orders—regardless of shipping method selected—in the order they are placed through the remainder of the holiday season. This decision affects all orders starting December 16 at 12:01 a.m., MT, and will help us in our efforts to have orders placed prior to December 14 at 12 p.m., MT, delivered by December 25. We anticipate returning to fulfilling priority shipping orders as first priority after the holiday season.
Please note that when selecting your shipping method for any orders placed between December 16–25, if you select priority shipping methods such as FedEx Overnight, 2 day, or 3 day shipping, you will be charged for the shipping upgrade, but your order will not be fulfilled until we are caught up to fulfilling all orders placed on the same day as yours. Your order will still ship with the shipping method you select, but it will not be processed as a priority order.
